Welcome to the website of Ursula Stallworth Cranio-Sacral Therapy (CST) and Massage Practitioner. RHYTHM was developed for the sole purpose of allowing the body, to heal itself, by facilitating a light touch. This approach is called Cranio-Sacral Therapy. CST was developed by Dr. John Upledger an osteopathic physician in 1975. He established the Upledger Institute International, from where I obtained training and have been certified as a practitioner. I have the blessing of being a facilitator of this modality which allows my scope of practice to be diverse and far reaching, from spiritual, emotional, and physical. The body was created with a unique system, the Central Nervous System and within that systems' mechanism is the the Cranial System, which is the most influential part, consisting of the brain and the spinal Cord. A gentle touch is all that's needed to engage the CNS and allow the bodys' natural ability to release pain and stress, strengthen to resist sickness and disease, and to self correct dysfunctions that cause disruptions in our day to day life.
